Description The proposed system, a dashboard based upon the successful Open Aerial Map (OAM) and named the Pacific Drone Imagery Dashboard or PACDID, aims at providing a comprehensive overview of all aerial imagery collected by mapping drones during disaster response and preparedness operations. This project will also bring the adoption of UAV defined standard for data transfer and file format. Decision makers in the Pacific Region will be able to swiftly gain a seamless ultra-high resolution view of disaster affected areas. The project is comprised of elements from Open Drone Map and Open Aerial Map (OAM). This project also intends to initiate regional discussion with industry and international community of drone mappers on technical guidelines for efficient data collection.
